1. Where do you ship?
U.K. (international on hold currently due to fee’s changing and tariffs etc) USA Canada Australia and New Zealand
2. What are your dispatch times?
I try my very hardest to get items out with a day or two of ordering. The only time shipping becomes longer is during the busier times - Aug-Dec. This can then take up to 1 week.
3. Do you do custom orders?
100% I absolutely love making custom orders. A have a full section on personalised items. Contact me on Facebook or Instagram to discuss customs.
4. How long does shipping take?
That all depends on where you live.
U.K it usually takes a few days from dispatch to get to your door and most items are sent in a large letter box so you don't even need to be home!! Unless you decide to buy loads then unfortunately it will go in a parcel box so depending on your postie they might be nice and leave it somewhere safe or with a neighbour.
International shipping - most items do arrive within a week! However though a few times they have taken 3-4 weeks because of customs, planes not taking off as often, post office at either end forgetting to put them on the plane or in the right delivery van. All items will be sent tracked. I have found the cheapest quickest possible postage to get my items to you guys though!
Please allow up to 2 weeks for UK and up to 4 weeks for international before contacting me, I unfortunately cannot control the post, I wish I could though!
